Job Qualifications:
- With at least (2) years Vocational Course preferably in gasoline or Diesel Mechanic or two (2) years in college with any engineering course.
- Must be proficient in conversational English as well as written communication.
- Can comprehend, prepare and write reports.
- With 5 Years experienced as Drill Operator-with at least 2 years experienced managing drilling crew.
- Advocate of Safety, Health and Environment.
- Analytical & Decisive with leadership skills.
- Must be willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines and abroad.
- Must have full understanding of all STP and able to train others.
- Holder of Certificate IV or any other drilling course in drilling is of advantage.
- Should know how to prepare and manage project schedules
SKILLS NEEDED
- Physical/Interpersonal Abilities & Knowledge:
- Sufficient physical fitness and dexterity to drive heavy rigid all-wheel drive vehicles and stand in for driller when the occasion arises.
- High order of literacy, numeracy and specific technical knowledge in the area of operations is essential. They must liase with the client or client’s representative in planning and organizing the drilling program.
